Stephanie's Story
Words cannot express how gratified and thankful I am to be a part of the Healthy Inspirations Weight Loss Program. I started the program at the age of 18 on August 22, 2001. My goal was to lose 100 pounds. Now being 19 years old, I have lost a total of 75.5 pounds and have gone down four sizes as of March 14, 2002. Healthy Inspirations gave me the strength and power to get in shape the right way!
Who could ask for more support? The Healthy Inspirations team has helped me out through my journey of weight loss. There is not one day that I have gone in there and not been greeted with a huge smile and wonderful comments! Not only is that a great feeling, but walking in there and then coming out 2 or even 3 pounds lighter - it makes a person feel all lit up inside, and I know made me shine on the outside! Also, having members of the gym come up to me, and say, "You look great," is definitely a plus. I also want to take the time to thank my family and boyfriend for all of the support they have given me throughout my weight loss. Without them, I would not be here today looking cheerful and healthier. Thank you everyone!
Healthy Inspirations has had a huge impact on my life! I now know the right foods and proportions I should be eating daily to have a healthy lifestyle. My whole mind and perception of food has changed for the better. This program really made me think about how much fat I was eating everyday. Keeping a journal of what I ate on the program helped me out in many ways. It especially helped me to keep to my daily task and eat the right foods. Healthy Inspirations is not like other programs. Instead of adding up points and having to buy those nasty TV dinners they provide, Healthy Inspirations allows a person to eat foods purchased from the local grocery store.
Thank you Healthy Inspirations for all of the support and dedication you have given to provide others and me with a service that will last a lifetime. Thanks for helping me boost my self-esteem and making the "real" me a happier, and healthier individual!
