Enjoy pizza night without the guilt. Covered with delicious veggies, this pizza is tasty and healthy!


½ large flour tortilla
1 tsp. olive oil
1 small tomato, diced
1 cup raw broccoli, chopped
1 cup raw mushrooms, chopped
1 oz. low-fat cheese, shredded
dash garlic powder
dash oregano

Poke fork holes in tortilla. Bake on 400 degrees for about 5 minutes until slightly browned. Remove from oven. Brush with olive oil and top with vegetables. Sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano. Top with cheese. Bake again at 400 degrees until cheese melts. Enjoy as an entrée or cut into small wedges for an appetizer.
