Serving 1% fat cottage cheese
½ large whole wheat pita bread
½ cup cooked spinach
lite salt and pepper
garlic powder
Drain spinach well. Spread cottage cheese and spinach in pocket. Season to taste. Bake in foil at 300 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove foil and cool for 5 minutes before serving.
